Implementation of the spatial plan information package for improving ease of doing business in Indonesian cities

Land and space are major driving factors in doing business urban areas. Cities around the world performing land management techniques to achieve sustainable development. The World Bank acknowledges importance of practices promotes it as Ease Of Doing Business (EODB) indicators for a supportive environment economic activities. In improving city's competitiveness, local governments need establish reliable Administration System organize unrenewable spaces simultaneously reduce information asymmetry between actors. A modernized LAS is needed accommodate four functions management: tenure, value, land-use planning, ISO 19152:2012 on Domain Model (LADM) standard offers foundation interoperability that crucial modeling relationship people (and space), geometrical components, well documented Rights, Responsibilities, Restrictions (RRRs) land.
